Privacy Policy

What we store

Linen stores only what you choose to publish: your name, headline, bio, phone, email, website, links and photo. It is shown publicly on your page, for example linen.cards/yourname, so anyone with the link can see it. We also store a scrambled (hashed) copy of a random key your phone creates, so that only you can change your page.

If you buy Linen Pro, your page also notes that you have it, so it can leave off “Made with Linen.” Apple handles the payment, and we never see your payment details.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, passwords or sign-in.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking.
• No access to your contacts, location or camera.

Anything you haven't published stays on your phone.

Where it's stored

Pages are hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the service secure and working. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Search engines

We ask search engines not to index your page. People you share it with can still save your contact details, and their copy is theirs to keep.

Deleting your page

In the app, open the ••• menu and tap Delete Card. Your information is removed from our servers right away. Your page name stays reserved to your phone so no one else can take over links you've already handed out.

Acceptable use

Don't publish anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that impersonates someone else. We remove pages that break these rules.

Report a page or contact us

Email hello@linen.cards with the page link and what's wrong. We review every report.

Children

Linen is not intended for children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
